Miyuki - Japanese Candy Sculpture Artist

On a recent trip to Florida, I was fortunate to catch an exhibition by Miyuki, a Japanese candy artist who appears daily at the Japan pavilion in EPCOT at Walt Disney World. She takes requests to make any animal out of candy in just a matter of minutes. Simply amazing artistic talent. The video was shot with an iPhone 3G-S. Enjoy.
