Sometimes a Hug is All We Need

Free Hugs is the real life story of Juan Mann, a man whose sole mission was to reach out and hug a stranger put a smile on their face. When I first watched this video a number of months ago, I was blown away by not only what was possible through the actions of one person, but the positive and much needed message it communicated. Even in the face of being banned by government officials, the true power of the human spirit prevailed in this moving and awe inspiring video. I hope it gets you to think about what is truly important in life; namely, each other. I welcome our comments.Music by Sick Puppies.
